Welcome to Trailside Social. These Terms of Service apply when you visit or purchase from trailsidesocial.com.au.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

About Trailside Social

Trailside Social is an Australian online store offering practical gear for camping, outdoor entertaining, beach days, road trips and weekends outside.

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Trailside Social.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products shown in your cart. An order is accepted when we confirm it or dispatch the product.

We may need to decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a price or product detail is incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we will arrange a refund.

Product information

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, dimensions, colours and prices accurate. However, colours can appear differently between screens, and minor variations in packaging or product appearance can occur.

Some products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Availability may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you with the available options, which may include a refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment.

We may change prices at any time, but this will not affect an order already accepted. Payment must be completed using the payment options available at checkout.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may be affected by supplier processing, carrier delays, customs, weather or other events outside our control.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address supplied by you.

Nothing in these Terms or our policies excludes, restricts or modifies rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees apply to eligible products and cannot be excluded.

You must not use our Site for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, or misuse promotions, discount codes or customer accounts.

The Trailside Social name, logo, website content, photographs, graphics and text are owned by, or licensed to, Trailside Social. They must not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission, except where permitted by law.

Our Site may use third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, suppliers and delivery partners. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Trailside Social is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or products purchased from it. This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
